Simple Contemplations - Shadow Work & Resting
SHADOW WORK You can only run for so long before you have to stand and face what hunts you, what haunts you. Otherwise you will forever be running away from the direction of a better you, just on the other side of your shadow. MEDITATION CONTEMPLATION: Sit and consider what is it in your life right now that you are not allowing yourself to face fully. Spend time investigating whatever comes up for you. Stretch into the space that it opens up - there is so much potential for gr

Meditation On 'Opening Up The Joy Within A Single Day'
Mornings start the evening before, preparedness brings peace. Arrange, program, rewire the pieces that need attention so it’s easy to settle way down deep into the etheric. In the post-slumber coolness of a sun not quite risen, where stars still hold their court, sleepy eyes flutter between dimensions of consciousness and neurons start penning down the previous night’s adjectives, dreams that linger abstractly, yet speak in the tongue of the universe. Cosmic image of cosmic Self. I want to be buried with the bones of the native's feast, and rubbed along the hot embers of a dying campfire only

'Dripping In And Out' After A Rainstorm Gentle Meditation

This is the kind of afternoon one can feel at the tips of their fingers - a conversation, energy being exchanged between the whirling atoms of self and the atoms of greater chaos outside the

Series of Simple Contemplations
The rock, the chair, the black hole and stars are all a part of each of us just as we are each made up of all the eons that have come before - the mosquito, the vibration of thunder and all things are connected. We share the spirit of the river stone and the bodhisattva alike. no matter if yes or no let it all go... let it all flow. To reach the presence of god one must break through the density of the universe, the film that clogs up our minds, eyes, mouths, drips out our ea
