  • Do you ship internationally?

  • What are your shipping costs?
    Shipping is only available inside the Continental USA and is determined based on each type of product in your order. Shipping will be calculated as you add items to your cart and can be viewable at checkout. There is an additional $3.99 handling fee added at checkout. Additionally, several items in our inventory ship separately: trucker hats, visors, mugs and water bottles. Each of these items will have a higher shipping rate as they will be shipped individually.
  • Do all items in orders always ship together?
    Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we'll ship separately are: trucker hats visors mugs water bottles In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
  • When will I receive my order?
    As we use a 'Print On Demand' service - creation and fufillment of orders requires 2-7 days before the item(s) can be shipped out. For domestic shipments of most items (Continental USA), please allow 5-12 business days after fufillment for your package to arrive. For embroidered items - shipping may take up to 30 days. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
  • How do I report a problem with my order?
    Go to our contact page and fill out the form to report issues with your order. When reporting issues, please write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible. Please note that our Print On Demand provider may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
  • Can I return my order for a refund?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. The return address is set by default to our Print On Demand facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our Print On Demand facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). If you haven't registered an account on our site and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund). We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
